Creating safer, more inclusive learning environments
Kind Enterprises, in partnership with High Resolves, has been funded by the Department of Social Services to provide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training for school staff across 50 Australian high schools.
We have created a customised professional development program, with the goal of supporting over 1000 staff with tools and insights that will help guide their students towards becoming inclusive leaders at school and in their wider community.
Staff will have access to specialised webinar sessions, a series of mentorship and debrief sessions, and a digital course platform to complement the webinar content.
The program is designed to build confidence and capacity to engage in the complex and sensitive conversations around race, racism, diversity & inclusion, and help build more inclusive and cohesive schools that can lead to improved academic outcomes for all.

And while talking about cultural diversity, race and racism can be challenging at the best of times, doing so with students can be particularly daunting. That’s why this program was designed; to inspire better conversations on complex topics.

Programme Elements
1. Professional Development Training Sessions
March to May 2023
Teachers have the choice to opt-in to any 2 of the 16 available sessions that suit their schedule and availability in order to complete the live webinar component.
2. Digital Courses
June 2023
Your staff will have a full 12 months of access to the Kind Learning Platform which offers a whole catalogue of digital courses covering relevant foundational topics.
3. Final Debrief
July 2023
Leadership staff have the opportunity for a final debrief and consult session if they would like to provide feedback or discuss potential next steps.
