2. Anti-Racism Empowerment
Building on “Introduction to Anti-Racism”, this session offers a more complex and nuanced understanding of racial equity and anti-racism in the workplace and in society.
Unpacking the themes of power dynamics, intersectionality, cultural safety, and subtle superiority, this session will develop the capacity to recognise and respond to the more pervasive forms of racism and racial discrimination, including microaggressions, systemic inequities, gaslighting, and saviourism.
Participants will be empowered to play a more active role in fostering social cohesion and equity with a social change lens that moves beyond the basics of “Diversity & Inclusion”.

3. Unconscious Bias Training
This session will first differentiate unconscious bias from other forms of discrimination and prejudice and then build awareness of how to mitigate the bias and apply a proactive systems lens.

5. Anti-Racism for Media Organisations
This training program has been specifically designed for media and content creators, journalists, film-makers, producers, directors, artists, and executives in the media industry.
